Este curso de quinto nivel está dirigido a todas aquellas personas que quieran seguir profundizando en aprender el inglés de una manera fácil y dinámica. Se trata de una continuación del curso de Nivel 4 que ofrece al alumno las destrezas necesarias para manejarse con este idioma en un nivel intermedio-avanzado.

¿Qué vas a aprender?

  • Seguir profundizando en todos los elementos de la gramática: tiempos verbales, preposiciones, artículos, adjetivos...
  • Comprender y utilizar expresiones cotidianas de uso frecuente. Saber expresar tus propias opiniones.
  • Reforzar las actividades de "reading" y "listening" con textos más extensos y complejos.
  • Realizar actividades de "writing".
  • Los contenidos de este curso, junto con los del curso de nivel 6, están basados en el nivel B2 del "Marco común europeo de referencia para las lenguas".

UNIT 1: FAMILIES AND PEOPLE, FREE TIME AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES

  • CHAPTER 1: FAMILIES AND PEOPLE
    1. Present Perfect and Continuous. For and Since
    2. Physical appearance
    3. Phrasal verbs
  • CHAPTER 2: FREE TIME AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES
    1. Adjectives ending in -ed and in -ing
    2. Comparative and superlative forms of adjectives and adverbs
    3. "Whatever", "wherever", "whoever" and "whenever"

UNIT 2: GOOD FOOD AND GREAT HOLIDAYS!

  • CHAPTER 1: GOOD FOOD
    1. Likes and dislikes about food
    2. Past simple and past continuous
    3. Common idioms used in the English language
    4. The use of used to/would
  • CHAPTER 2: GREAT HOLIDAYS
    1. Modal verbs: must, can't, mustn't need, needn't, don't have to
    2. So and such. Too and enough
    3. All about similes

UNIT 3: STUDYING ABROAD AND YOUR FIRST JOB

  • CHAPTER 1: STUDYING ABROAD
    1. Zero, first and second conditionals
    2. Direct/indirect speech and indirect questions
    3. Both/all/some/most of which/who
    4. Comparatives: The more..., the less..., the fewer...
  • CHAPTER 2: YOUR FIRST JOB
    1. Countable and uncountable nouns
    2. How to use articles perfectly
    3. The modal verbs: may, might, can

UNIT 4: LOOKING AFTER THE PLANET, ADVENTURE AND SPORTS

  • CHAPTER 1: LOOKING AFTER THE PLANET
    1. Giving your opinion
    2. Third and mixed conditionals
    3. Prefixes and suffixes
    4. Ways of expressing the future
  • CHAPTER 2: ADVENTURE AND SPORTS
    1. Infinitives and verb + ing form
    2. I wish I had... If only I had
    3. Degree modifiers of adjectives: quite, pretty, rather, somewhat, hardly
    4. The Passive

Para realizar este curso es necesario tener conocimientos intermedios de inglés, o haber realizado previamente el curso de "Inglés. Nivel 4" de form@carm.

Al finalizar cada Unidad Didáctica deberás realizar un ejercicio de autoevaluación de 10 preguntas. Al finalizar el curso deberás realizar un ejercicio de autoevaluación tipo test de 40 preguntas.
